Every signup gets seed data — sample tasks, vendors, units, documents — so you can poke at every panel without configuring anything. Most things are clearer in the UI than in writing.

Settings is in the avatar menu

Notion config, appearance, account profile, and password — all under the avatar in the top-right, not in the sidebar Admin section. Admin in the sidebar is for managing other users.

Keyboard shortcuts use ↑/↓ + F2

In the Tasks panel, ↑/↓ moves between rows (the peek drawer follows automatically) and F2 opens the full editor. Ctrl+K is the command palette. Hit ? anywhere for the full overlay.

Modules are off by default

Admin → Modules controls which solutions show in the sidebar for each user. New tenants get a starter set; toggle on more as your team needs them.
