Go to Settings → Notion Configuration. You'll need your Notion integration token and database IDs for your main task database, news database, and units database. The setup wizard will walk you through testing the connection before saving.
Yes. The Task Dump panel lets you paste plain text, CSV, or structured data and auto-parse it into tasks. We also support direct Notion sync, so if your Notion database already has tasks, they'll import automatically when you connect.
Azora has 5 roles: Admin, President, Manager, Lead, and Member. Each role has default permissions (e.g., only Admin/President can manage users, only Lead+ can post news). Admins can customize permissions per user with 3 flags: can_post_news, can_manage_users, and can_view_all_tasks.
Yes. Local data is stored in encrypted SQLite databases on your machine. Notion data stays in your Notion workspace. Passwords use PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 with 260,000 iterations. Enterprise plans support SSO/SAML and on-premise deployment for maximum security.
