What does Azora cost?
Azora is free during open beta, with no card required. At GA, one plan includes every commercial solution. Pricing is quoted for your team and deployment scope. Read-only viewer access and editor-seat terms are agreed in each quote. Trial terms at GA are discussed with sales. Discuss pricing and fit.
Is there more than one product plan?
During open beta the complete platform is available; usage scope is confirmed at onboarding. Our proposed GA packaging uses one platform plan. Enterprise services add implementation, self-hosting and support. Teams provisioned during beta are recognised at GA; founding terms are agreed with sales.
Does the plan include every commercial solution?
Yes. Every commercial solution is included in the platform plan, with no per-module fees. Enterprise services add self-hosting and dedicated support. Current sign-in uses a password plus TOTP two-factor; SSO, SAML and SCIM remain on the roadmap.
What does "self-host" actually mean?
A self-hosted arrangement uses the Azora codebase on customer infrastructure. Deployment, updates, data access and commercial responsibilities are defined in a separate agreement. Information you share with us for inquiries or support is processed separately under our Privacy Policy. Self-hosting is scoped and quoted by sales through Enterprise.
Is there a non-profit or academic discount?
Non-profits, academic institutions and open-source projects can discuss their needs with us; any discount is agreed in a quote. Contact us to discuss eligibility and the verification needed.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Contact us to arrange tenant closure and data export. Review the Terms and Privacy Policy for deletion and retention details.
Can I pay annually or by invoice?
Contact us to discuss annual or invoiced billing and confirm the options available for your team.
How does adding another workflow affect pricing?
Azora includes every commercial solution in one platform plan. Adding quality, project, people or operations workflows does not add a separate module fee. Editor seats and optional enterprise services are quoted for your team and scope.
