Azora Solutions is a web-based and desktop project management, ERP, QMS, and compliance platform designed for engineering teams. The Service includes task management, document control, sprint planning, reporting, and related tools.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (tasks, projects, documents, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You can export your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing for the Service is displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Free trial or free-tier access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the platform settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azora Optical Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Azora Optical Solutions Inc. is incorporated.
